In this scope of works, HULEX serves as a legal department for clients and provides the following services:

• Reviewing the legal status of the enterprise and identifying lingering legal issues that need to be fulfilled.
• Proposing solutions to remedy lingering legal issues.
• Resolving remaining legal risks for clients.
• Drafting relevant internal management documents.
• Advising clients on sales contracts, service contracts with third parties, partners.
• Advising clients on legal issues related to labor, insurance, salaries, labor safety, etc.
• Advising on other compliance legal issues for the enterprise.
