OUTWARD INVESTMENT

In this scope of works, HULEX offers the following services to clients:

• Advising clients on various forms of outward investment from Vietnam to other countries.
• Assisting clients in carrying out procedures for foreign investment at the Ministry of Planning and Investment.
• Advising clients on administrative procedures after obtaining the Outward Investment Registration Certificate (OIRC) for foreign investment.
• Representing clients in contacting other consulting firms, law firms in the receiving country to facilitate investment procedures in both countries.
• Advising and assisting clients in complying with investment reporting regimes in Vietnam.
